Gallery intel
Each client receives a gallery with the predetermined number of images for that session. Clients are responsible for downloading and saving their gallery. The gallery remains accessible for 30 days after receipt. Once the 30-day period expires, the gallery becomes inaccessible and Taylor's Timeless Photography is not liable for lost galleries.
Policy
Upon scheduling and making your deposit, you will be formally booked. I acknowledge that unforeseen circumstances may necessitate schedule adjustments. Consequently, I require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Failure to provide adequate notice will incur charges. If you cancel or reschedule less than 48 hours prior to your session, you will be charged 50% of the scheduled session price.
In the event of a no-show without prior notification, you will be charged the full session price.
Non-payment of applicable charges may result in the inability to reschedule or book future sessions.
(It is the client's responsibility to familiarize themselves with this policy prior to scheduling.)
